We use PayPal and Cardsave to process all our online payments. They accept all major credit and debit cards and ensure a very high level of security for your payment data, and offer increased buyer protection. You do not need an account prior to making your purchase, but you may need to register with them during the payment process if you have not used them before. Please note that we can only ship goods to the shipping address you provide.

Shipping and Handling
FREE Standard 2-3 day Delivery on orders over £40.00
The following postcodes are charged an extra £10.00 on top of the standard postage cost.

Urgent orders placed before 12:00 (midday) can be delivered next working day to most addresses within the UK for £8.00. Please note that we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is only available by special arrangement and at extra cost.
We regret that we can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Unusually heavy orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and the Outer Isles may incur additional delivery charges. We will contact you as soon as possible if this will effect your order.
If paying by PayPal we can only ship orders to the address provided via PayPal. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into PayPal whilst completing your payment.
We always endeavour to dispatch orders the same day, but please allow 3 working days for Standard delivery, and ensure that someone will be available to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you require Express (next working day) delivery, we would recommend calling us on 01608 684320 so we can give you the most up-to-date stock information.
To ensure next day delivery, all Express orders must be placed by 12 noon.
Products returned for exchange or refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee must be returned in 'as new' condition - unused, with all the original manufactures packaging and labels. Please contact us via the link at the bottom of our website for the returns address or click below. If you have any questions, then please do contact us.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Your refund including basic delivery costs (if any) will normally be processed and an email sent as soon as escape 2 has received your return, legally we have a maximum of 14 days to refund your payment using the same means as the initial transaction.
Please note that for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned climbing equipment.
Out Of Stock Products
If your wish to purchase a product which is out of stock, please contact us for availability. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will happily reserve it for you.
All prices include VAT at the current 20% rate. We regret that we are unable to supply goods VAT free.
Condition Of Goods
All products offered for sale on this site are new, unless specifically stated. Please be aware that most items will have been removed from it's packaging, products supplied in boxes may have been opened, and footwear may have been tried to check that there are no faults. We always inspect all orders prior to dispatch to ensure they are complete.

Price Match Policy
We will always do our best to match our competitors prices and discounts. If you have seen a product cheaper elsewhere, then please contact email or phone us on 01608 684320 to see what we can offer. Sorry - we can only price match at the time of purchase and not retrospectively.
All of our products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, please return it in a new and unused condition, for a replacement or full refund. Please note that postage costs are not refundable, and that for safety reasons we are unable to accept returned climbing equipment.
If a product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition for inspection. Genuinely faulty products will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Damage due to excessive wear, the natural breakdown of materials, or accidental damage are not covered, but can often be repaired for a reasonable charge. Please note that the cost of return postage is not refundable.
We do not supply knives, multitools, or other sharply pointed items to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age will be required.
Product Photos And Descriptions
Product descriptions and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge. All weights and dimensions are approximate. If you spot any inaccuracies or mistakes, then please let us know so that we can put it right. We always try to represent product colours as accurately as possible, but in practice this is very difficult, if not impossible - a product photo which appears to be a good colour match on our computer screen will more than likely look different on your particular combination of computer, screen and operating system.
