We really hope you are happy with your order, but if not for any reason, just return it to us!
Products returned for exchange or refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee must be returned in 'as new' condition - unused, with all the original manufactures packaging and labels.
We recommend that you send them back via one of the following delivery companies who offer either a track and trace or signature on delivery.

If you need to contact us for any reason, then please call us on 01608 684320 or fill out the form below and we will respond as soon as we can.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, including Tax & Import Duty should you wish to return an order from outside the UK. Your refund including basic delivery costs (if any) will normally be processed and an email sent as soon as escape 2 has received your return, legally we have a maximum of 14 days to refund your payment using the same means as the initial transaction.
Please note that for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned climbing equipment.
