Rock climbing courses
Due to popular demand, we are offering 2 courses of indoor climbing
instruction for complete beginners and those who want to progress to lead
climbing. Both courses start 15th January, and will run every Monday evening
for 6 weeks at a private indoor climbing wall in Warwick.

"C" Is For Camping
We are very please to be lending our support to 'C Is For Camping' - a
caravanning and camping weekend in aid of Cancer Research UK, being held on
the 3rd and 4th June at Thickthorn, Leamington Road, Kenilworth. Attractions
will include BBQ, free disco, live music, dancing, displays, craft stalls,
buskers, magic, massage, bouncy castle, refreshments and much more.

Beginners climbing instruction
Due to popular request, we are now able to offer climbing instruction for
those keen to have a go this popular sport. We can currently arrange lessons
at Bear Rock Indoor Climbing Wall, or outdoors at a suitable venue. See the

Accommodation & courses in the Southern French Alps
We are very pleased to have forged good links with
alpbase.com, a small company based in the Ecrin National Park, offering
self-catering accommodation and high quality climbing instruction in this
fantastic mountain area.

British Brothers Everest 04 expedition
escape2 is very pleased to have helped in supplying equipment to local

Staff training in Scotland
Four members of our retail staff have just completed two days of intensive winter
skills training and gear testing in Scotland. Under the watchful eye of
Richard Bentley
MIC, Matt, Simon, James and Russell spent a day perfecting ice axe and
crampon technique on Aonach Mor before tackling the popular winter climb
'Ledge Route' on Ben Nevis. More
