Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your payment card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Please note that we require a UK invoice address in order to obtain authorisation on all payments by debit or credit card.

Shipping And Handling • Standard delivery is charged at £3.50 on all orders.
• Urgent orders placed before 12 noon by phone can be delivered next-day to most addresses within the UK for £10.
• Special orders and orders with pre-arranged discount - standard delivery is charged at £6.00.
• We regret that we can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Unusually heavy orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and the Outer Isles may incur additional delivery charges - we will contact you as soon as possible if this will effect your order.

Delivery Schedule Please allow 5 working days for delivery, and ensure that someone will be avaliable to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you require Express (next-day) delivery, please phone us on freefone 0800 0286 836.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices include VAT at 17.5%. We are unable to supply goods VAT free.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All of our products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, please return it to us in a new and unused condition, for a replacement or full refund. Please note that postage is not refundable, and that for safety reasons we are unable to accept returned climbing equipment.

If a product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition for inspection. Genuinely faulty products will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Damage due to excessive wear, the natural breakdown of materials, or accidental damage are not covered, but can often be repaired for a reasonable charge.

Returns Policy Products returned for exchange or refund under our 14 day satisfaction guarantee must be returned in 'as new' condition - unused, with all the original manufactures packaging and labels. Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return, what action you would like us to take, and either a copy of your invoice or a note of your contact details and your web order number.
